Served with the Beaujolais Blanc Les Gryphées
• 2 Avocados
• ½ Box of Saint Môret cheese
• Rapeseed or Olive Oil
• Some dried tomatoes
• Put the flesh of the avocadoes in a mixing bowl and add the Saint-Môret, 2 table spoons of oil season and mix.
• Dice the tomatoes.
• Add some of the diced tomatoes to the protective glass. Fill 1/3 of the glass with the mixture and repeat
• Put it in the fridge
• Serve with breadsticks
And of course our Beaujolais Blanc (chilled).
