– Regarding the traditional wine-making of our red wines, the whole bunch of grapes undergoes semi-carbonic maceration. It is a way to obtain particularly fruity wines. The length of fermentation varies on the type of wine we are aiming for.
– Every wine from our estate is made with a single grape variety, the Gamay noir. This variety is almost exclusive to the Beaujolais region. The Beaujolais wine is produced along with Chardonnay variety.
We collaborate with an oenologist in order to improve our wine-making and bottling technics each year. Bottling is estate made too.
